Liquid Flow Technique

My first attempts of the liquid flow technique.  I have lots to learn but think it has potential and is quite interesting.  For these I used heavy cream with food coloring but my setting were off some.  Since I only have only flash I improvised by setting up a mirror opposite my flash hoping t would kick enough light back to act as a second and think that part was successful.  Plan on working on this some more to see what creations are formed.

Seen Better Days

I've had this pomegranate sitting around drying out for a photo opportunity such as this.  This is a single image that I processed in LR and Photo Effects 8. 

Old Steam Engine

Tone mapped using Photomatix Pro 5.0 and B&W developed in Perfect

Effects 8 then finished on Lightroom 5.  Trying to see how things flow from one program to another.  I don't have the skill set down but going from one program to another is a breeze. 



Birthday Flowers

  Dan brought me home some beautiful flowers for my birthday and gave them to me early so I could play around and photograph them over the weekend.
