Southern Cascades

  I decided to go through some older photos to see what I could or would do different since starting my photo journey.  Came across these images from 2010, they were jpegs and taken when I was shooting Nikon!  I did my basic edit in LR and then stylized it in On1.  I am ready to go back to Washington and spend an extended time there, one of the most beautiful places we have been.

I have been going through my photos and cleaning them up but I got a little sidetracked when I came to the Seattle file.  I would love to go back for an extended time since we only had 24 hours there.  Not sure which I like better the color or b&w, they both have their merits.

I have been in a slump as far as working on images with textures, I have been having a mental block plus some computer issues but was able to finally complete one that I am fairly pleased with.  I went back to 2010 and pulled an image from our first trip to the Pacific NW, this is when I was shooting Nikon, jpeg and had no idea what I was doing.  Now 5 years later, lessons from Kris and photo forum I think I have a better handle on things.
